Officina Meccanica Lanzani - Nova Milanese, Italy

LANZANI S.r.l. was born in 1965, thanks to its founder Giuseppe Lanzani. It is located in Brianza, a few kilometres from Monza and Milan, easily reachable driving through North, East and West bypasses.

Its activity has developed through the years: at the beginning it carried out maintenance services for industries, but now it performs mechanical and carpentry working processes that have become even more complex and well-structured: turning, milling, drilling, broaching, automated and manual welding.

The manufacturing activity takes place in Nova Milanese, in the province of Monza-Brianza, in our warehouse of about 1.300 square meters, with an additional external surface of about 1.200 square meters. The production is carried out thanks to the collaboration and commitment of 10 employees and specialized technicians.

Officina Meccanica Lanzani S.r.l. has been producing road brushes and spare parts for the major brand of road sweepers for over 30 years. The brushes' tufts can be realized either in iron, polypropylene or polyester. The production is optimised thanks to automated welding and automated assembly of strips. Moreover, the commercialization of these products has expanded through years, going beyond national borders.

The news of these last years is the industrial scrubbing brush "Scrubby", which is essential for the cleaning of huge areas, and that can be used with any forklift. The manufacturing is entirely artisanal, and this allows to adapt measures and joints depending on the customer’s needs. It is also possible to differentiate the composition of the strips, which can be made either of iron or polypropylene.
